We are a small based company trying to provide a clean an easy access to beginners who need to host their websites and files.

All the user has to do is signup and start using the FREE FTP account. No questions asked. We will in short-time also provide a WEB-BASED FTP uploader for all those not-so-techie users.

Awhile ago my account was suspended – I was wondering if you might unsuspend it for a short duration (1 day?) so that I may retrieve all my lost data.
